That was manageable before. Now that Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI are searching across all of it, surfacing content based on permissions rather than intent, the stakes are different.

Built and currently operating an Azure Functions-based governance system managing 40,000+ SharePoint sites at a global pharmaceutical company. The system implements a formal 50+ state machine for site lifecycle, automating permission enforcement, deletion pipelines, eDiscovery hold management, and Teams notifications. The most architecturally complex system in the portfolio, and it runs without intervention.

Enterprise AI Assistant Platform Pharmaceutical Enterprise
Served as a key member of the team developing an enterprise AI assistant platform, with primary contributions in content extraction, MCP integration, authentication, backend infrastructure design and optimization, and support for a gateway that works with both Azure OpenAI and OpenAI. The platform also supports Azure AI Foundry capabilities including Document Intelligence and Content Understanding, with APIM-protected services deployed across dev, nightly, and production environments with regional failover.

Cryptographic Data Export Pipeline Document Signing Platform
Built a Durable Functions orchestrator for bulk export of signed envelopes with envelope-level encryption using Azure Key Vault DEK/KEK pattern, dual-cloud storage across Azure Blob and AWS S3, SQL Server metadata tracking, and parallel batch processing. Includes cryptographic key rotation tooling.
